2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02.06.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 23.07.2016.
