O R D E R

Today, a Memorandum of Compromise dated 26.02.2018 is filed by the petitioner and the respondent, who are now present before this Court.

2. The Memorandum of Compromise is arrived at on the following terms, signed by the parties and their respective counsels:

1. The petitioner is willing to give consent for Divorce; thereby she shall file an affidavit along with the copy of this Compromise memo before the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram.

2. The petitioner and respondent have already taken back their respective things and articles from each other and there shall be no claim from either party.

3. The petitioner shall not claim maintenance, alimony or compensation against the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The petitioner and respondent shall not in any manner interfere with the peaceful life of each other.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties. The above said terms of compromise are recorded.

4. In view of the above settlement arrived at between the parties, the Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise. The said Memorandum of Compromise shall form part and parcel of the order. It is open to the parties to file a memo of compromise in the above said O.P. No costs.
