In this miscellaneous petition, on 05.04.2016, an order of interim stay was granted for a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the said interim order was not extended and the matter has been kept pending till date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
