This application is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to furnish security to the tune of Rs.1,22,77,812.50/-, before the Hon'ble Court.

2. Notice was ordered to the respondent in this application, on 13.07.2021 and the name of the respondent has also been printed in the cause list. The respondent was served and affidavit of service also has been filed. Despite sufficient opportunities being offered to the respondent, even today a request has been made for adjournment. Infact, the counsel representing the respondent has not come up with any acceptable reason for adjournment.

3. Considering the facts set out in the affidavit filed in support of the Application and being satisfied with the averments set-forth in the Application, this Application stands ordered.
