PRAYER : Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to extend the time granted by this Court in H.C.P.No.774 of 2020 dated 17.06.2020 by a further period of thirty days from 17.07.2020 to 15.08.2020. O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.By virtue of the earlier order of this Court dated 17.06.2020, this Court has granted one month parole to the convict/husband of the petitioner so as to enable him to arrange funds for the studies of petitioner's daughter. The present petition has been taken out to extend the parole for a further period of one month to raise funds. 3.Heard the parties. Since this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the parole already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of fifteen days i.e. from 17.07.2020 till 31.07.2020. The 2/4

convict shall comply with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court on 17.06.2020 till 31.07.2020 and he shall return back to the concerned jail on 31.7.2020 at 5.00 p.m. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
