Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had deceased on 15.01.2021 and thus, the writ petition stands abated. He also filed a Memo dated 23.09.2025 enclosing the death certificate of the petitioner issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu, Department of Revenue Administration.

2. Recording the aforesaid memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner enclosing therewith a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as abated. No costs. 2/6
