2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 06.06.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 26.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
