ORDER
When this matter came up for hearing on earlier two occasions, i.e. 15.09.2023 and 22.09.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, this Court has directed the matter to be listed today i.e., 25.09.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case any further. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non2/4
