ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 05.04.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 20(2) of Cigarette of Other Tobacco Act 2003 read with Section 328 of IPC in Crime No.120 of 2022, seeks bail.

2.The petitioner herein was found in possession of nearly 24 kgs of banned tobacco products in his provisional store. He was arrested on 05.04.2022. Considering the stage of investigation and the quantity alleged to have been seized from the petitioner herein, this Court is of the view that the investigation being at crucial stage, the release of the petitioner at this juncture may tamper the progress of the investigation. for bail is dismissed.
