ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry for the representations of the petitioner dated 18.11.2020, 14.12.2020, 29.12.2020 and 07.01.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 18.11.2020, 14.12.2020, 29.12.2020 and 07.01.2021 requesting the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and cancel the patta issued in the name of respondents 3 to 8. However, the said representations were not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner's representations will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 18.11.2020, 14.12.2020, 29.12.2020 and 07.01.2021 and, after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
