This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 11.06.2015 given by the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC1.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
