Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to shift the high tension wire which is passing through the petitioner's property situated at Plot No.8, Door No.A/5, Arcot Road, Gandhi Nagar 3rd Street, Ranipet, by contending that the said power line poses danger to the safety of the petitioner and his family members. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has also made a representation dated 12.06.2017 to the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of only by directing the 4th and 5th respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
