This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register petitioner's complaint dated 04.07.2015 filed against Mr.P.Nagaraj along with Vijayan, Madesh, Murugan, G.Pugalendhi, Muthu, Ramesh and Murthy for having trespassed into the land in S.Nos.282 and 283, for having damaged and stolen tea crops worth Rs.10,000/- and for having threatened the petitioner with life when the petitioner intervened and to proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitoner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 04.07.2015 by post to the first respondent. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a complaint to the first Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
