O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith accept the Nomination Papers of the petitioner and to permit the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to contest the Election for the Board of Management of the 3rd respondent Society to be held on 27.4.2018 or any other future dates.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3 and the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent.

It is not known how the Writ Petition can be maintained at this stage when the election to the Board of Management of the 3rd respondent Society was already held on 27.04.2018 and the results have also been declared.

In the result, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
