2.The writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner dated 28.09.2019 against the punishment imposed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings CII(3)/483/2008-76, dated 03.09.2019 within a stipulated time".

3.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, that the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been disposed of on 17.06.2020. 4.In view of the above submission, recording the same, this writ petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed in the appeal, if he is so advised. No costs.
