This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner has lent money to the opposite parties and the opposite parties are not repaying the amount. Since the dispute is essentially civil in nature, no positive direction can be given.
