ORDER

Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader (Co-Op. Society) takes notice for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the above writ petition with liberty to approach the Co-operative Tribunal without insisting on the question of limitation and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds in the writ petition .

3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned surcharge proceedings dated 16.10.2014. The Co-operative Tribunal shall entertain the appeal without insisting on the limitation.
