When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. However, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner may be given a liberty to approach the authorities concerned as and when necessity arises.
