ORDER

Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled based on the letter dated 12.02.2015 written by the petitioner to his counsel, it is not stated as to how the matter has been settled. More over, the matter is only in the admission list and if the petition is dismissed as settled out of court, there is every likelihood of petitioner making use of the order in some other Forum.

In view of that this court only dismisses the petition as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
