ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned standing counsel for the respondent bank, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditional order passed by this court on 17.07.2020 and however, no sale has taken place. Therefore, according to him, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2.This writ petition stands closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed.
