(CR NO.01/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.400/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13251/2021 before this Hon`ble Court by its order dated 20.01.2022, that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police twice in a month at 10.30 A.M. until further orders and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.400 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13251 of 2021 on 20.01.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
