The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Court, Kallakurchi, in M.A.C.O.P.No.251 of 2012 and transfer the same to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Court at Attur 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main O.P itself has been disposed of. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
3.Recording the said submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
