Today, this matter was listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking correction in transfer of petitions to the Family Court, Erode.

2. When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner on consonance with the respondent counsel seeks this Court that F.C.O.P.No.144 of 2017 and H.M.O.P.No.51 of 2018 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Avinashi be transferred along with M.C.No.15 of 2017 pending on the file of Family Court, Salem to the file of the Family Court, Erode. She has also filed a Memo dated 15.06.2022 to that effect which shall also form part of the record. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Paragraph No.5 of the Order dated 15.06.2022 is to be read as follows: "...5. Accordingly, M.C.No.15 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court, Salem along with H.M.O.P.No.51 of 2018 and F.C.O.P.No.144 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Avinashi are ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Erode. Similarly, D.V.O.P.No.19 of 2017 pending on the file of

Additional Mahila Court, Salem is ordered to be transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Erode." 4.The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the said order and issue fresh copies.
