(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.90 of 2014 in A.S.No.20 of 2013 dated 07.01.2016 on the file of the SubCourt at Dharapuram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the main suit itself has got disposed and hence this petition has become infructuous. In view of the same, he requests permission to withdraw the petition as not pressed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
