Union of India and others reported in AIR 2003 Karnataka, 165 PRAYER in W.P.No.22241 of 2018 :Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to dispose the appeal dated 19.03.2018 and 03.04.2018 within the stipulated period of time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court so as to work out the due compensation payable to the petitioner in respect of the Survey Nos.295/17 & 295/17B, admeasuring 92 sq.met at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
