PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA, i.e.Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Dreams SPA & Beauty parlour" at Door No.364, Union Bank 1st floor, Tharapuram Road, Tirupur, Tirupur District by passing orders on petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2023. O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA, i.e.Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Dreams SPA & Beauty parlour" at Door No.364, Union Bank 1st floor, Tharapuram Road, Tirupur, Tirupur District by passing orders on petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2023 is not received by the respondent. If representation is given, appropriate orders would be passed.

3.In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent. On submission of fresh representation, respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
