ORDER

(Made by Dr.Anita Sumanth,J.) The prayer is for a habeas corpus to produce the wife of the petitioner.

2. The police have secured her from a Home in Erode. She is present in Court today and agrees that she has left the marital home on account of a discord. She intends to approach the Family Court soon both in relation to the marital discord as well as custody of the children, who are presently stated to with petitioner.

3. Since the date of birth of detenue is stated to be 15.02.1993, which make her 33 years as on date, we close his habeas corpus petition recording the aforesaid. No costs.
