This petition is filed to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners. Despite notice having been served upon the respondents, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 48 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 48 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
