ORDER

The civil revision petition is directed against the settlement award dated 6.12.2014 made in M.C.O.P.No.2038 of 2014 organised by the District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore on the file of MACT (Spl. Sub Court) at Coimbatore and to direct the District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore to consider the petitioner's setaside memo with no objection endorsement made by the claimant counsel.

2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the revision petition may be allowed without prejudice to the rights of the respondents 1 to 3 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3. Based on the said endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the settlement award dated 6.12.2014 made in M.C.O.P.No.2038 of 2014 organised by the District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore on the file of MACT (Spl.

Sub Court) at Coimbatore is set aside and the matter is sent back to the Tribunal to decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. The civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
