Crl.M.P.No.6264 of 2024 in Crl.A.SR.No.18416 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 94 days in preferring the above Criminal Appeal against the order dated 18.07.2023 made in S.C.No.173 of 2016 on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Allikulum, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Addl.Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the the same for admission.
