This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.250 of 2023 dated 23.01.2023, passed by this Court to report before respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has also been taken up in C.C.No.683 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore and the case now stands posted to 24.04.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.250 of 2023 dated 23.01.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore, on 24.04.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
