This application is filed to order substituted services, since the notice ordered by this Court has been returned with an endorsement "not residing in the said address".

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the materials available on record.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent by way of effecting paper publication in Tamil Daily i.e., "Makkal Kural", having wide circulation in Coimbatore and Chennai on or before 15.06.2023.

5. Post this matter on 15.06.2023.
