ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 22.08.2023 by measuring and demarcating the petitioner's land in Survey No.172/5, extent of 0.47 cent in Paruvathnahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner is the absolute owner of the subject property and the same has been settled in favour of the petitioner by way of a registered settlement deed dated 27.03.2023. As the petitioner has decided to put up a construction in the said land, she has given an application to the respondent to survey her land and demarcate its boundaries. But the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, 2/4

the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.08.2023 for surveying and demarcate the boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
