O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for expeditious disposal of O.S.No. 472 of 2011 on the file of 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Salem.

2. It is seen that the petitioners have instituted a suit in O.S.No.472 of 2011 against the respondents on 02.05.2011 for recovery of possession and for other reliefs. 3.The grievance of the petitioners is that though the trial had commenced and P.W.1 was examined and Exs.A7 to A9 were marked on 15.09.2012, subsequently, there is no progress in the suit. 4.

Mr.M.Devaraj, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are senior citizens and aged about 70 and 61 years respectively and the defendants are unnecessarily prolonging the case.

5. Considering the facts of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the first Additional District Munsif Court, Salem, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.472 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferrably on or before 31.07.2015.
