2. In spite of the service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents, which shows that they have no interest to contest this matter.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the above application.
