Mr.Marisamy ..Respondents [R2 -Impleaded as per order dated 10.12.2009 by KCJ in MP.No.4 of 2009 in W.P.No.5165 of 2009.] Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in the proceedings / resolution No.241 dated 21.11.2008 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and direct the respondent to restore the petitioner's stall in the same place and to further extend the period of license of the petitioner for a further period of 2 years up to 2011- 2012 in accordance with the G.O. Standing No.92 dated 03.07.2007 issued by the Secretary to Government Municipal Administration and drinking water distribution Na Ni -4 Department.
