ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.02.2019 for name transfer of Patta No.1109 of Nacharkuppam Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vellore District, with in time frame as directed by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.PA.Sudesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 07.02.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and counter parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any records were received from the file of the second respondent, the Registry is directed to send back to the file of the second respondent forthwith.
