O.A.Nos.342 to 344 of 2020 in C.S(Comm.Div.).No.196 of 2020 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

The defendant has filed the written statement and states that the same may be taken as counter in the interim application seeking injunction.

2. Since the pleadings are completed, this Court proceeds ahead with the main suit. The interim injunction already granted by this Court is made absolute.

3. Regarding affidavit of admission and denial, the learned counsel for the defendant states that out of 11 documents in the plaint, 7 of the documents are the registration certificates, two documents are legal notice exchanged between the parties and other two documents regarding the label and the Board of Resolution of the plaintiff's company. The learned counsel would further states that on production of the original Board of Resolution and label may be admitted in evidence.

4. As far as the defendant is concerned, there was no documents.

5. Recording the same, post the matter on 27.09.2021 for framing of issues.
