O R D E R

(Judgment of Court was made by The Honourable Chief Justice) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition and states that he will approach the competent authorities with relevant material explaining the delay and praying for condonation, at which stage the authorities concerned would examine both the issues - ability of the authority to condone the delay and if it is so, whether there is sufficient cause shown for such condonation.

2. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
