This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 21.01.2015 made in I.A.No.9/2015 in O.A. (II-U) 58/2014 on the file of Railway Tribunal Claims at Chennai.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that O.A. (II-U) 58/2014 itself has been dismissed on merits on 18.08.2015 and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
