ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to sub-divide the Survey Nos.466/2 to an extent of 1.1250 hectare in Chandrasegarapuram Agraharam Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District to issue a separate patta in the name of the petitioner, based on the petitioner Application dated 26.02.2024.

2. Since the petitioner has sought a very limited prayer to consider petitioner's application dated 26.02.2024, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 26.02.2024, on merits, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the interested parties and dispose of the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
