WP.No.9418/2020 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and A.A.NAKKIRAN, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., through Video Conferencing] The Compliance Report of the 27th respondent is signed by the learned counsel appearing for the said official and when it is pointed out, the learned counsel for the 27th respondent would submit that the Compliance Report with necessary particulars with supporting documents would be filed on the next date of hearing.

2.Ms.Soumi Rexi, learned counsel appearing for M/s.Issac Chambers for respondents 27 to 39 would submit that respondents 27 to 39 are willing to become the direct tenants under the Temple and their proposal has also been accepted and though the typed set of documents have been filed, it is not supported by an affidavit and also prays for time to file the supporting affidavit.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in some portion of the land belonging to the 27th respondent, mutton stalls are also functioning without any license or authorisation.

4.Call on 15.03.2021 and respondents 24, 25 and 27 shall appear before this Court through Video Conferencing/Physical Hearing for rendering necessary assistance to this Court.
