This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
learned Additional Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court that many cases were filed against the very same petitioner in different C.C.Nos.55 and 52 of 2011 and Criminal Original Petition Nos.10238 and 10261 of 2022 were dismissed as withdrawn, at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the present case is also stands on the same footing and pertains to the same petitioner, this petition may also be dismissed.
4.In view of the fact that the prosecution pertains to the same petitioner, whose petitions were dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos. 10238 and 10261 of 2022, following the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos.6087 and 6088 of 2022 are closed.
