Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner, working as a sports peon/office assistant in the 3rd respondent school as per G.O.Ms.No.22 dated 28.02.2006 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F) Department, regularising the services of the daily wage employees working in all Government Departments who have rendered (completed) 10 years of service as on 01.01.2006, by appointing in the time scale of pay of the post in accordance with the service conditions with effect from 01.01.2006 and thereby to give the attendant benefits/arrears to the petitioner. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise his service as a Sports Peon/Office assistant in the 3rd respondent school as per G.O.Ms.No.22 P & AR Department, dated 28.02.2006 and to give him attendant benefits/arrears. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. When the writ petition was taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the respondents to consider his representation dated 28.08.2010, within a time frame.
3. In view of the narrow prayer now made, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2010 on merits and as per law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
