This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register the 3rd petitioner's complaint dated 04.05.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint dated 04.05.2015 given by the 3rd petitioner and the same was closed on 13.08.2015, on the ground that the petitioner did not produce the impugned Legalheir Certificate.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to produce documents before the respondent police and the respondent police is directed to re-open the enquiry and take action in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
