O R D E R

The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. The respondent filed HMOP No.102 of 2012 on the file of Sub-Court, Pollachi for dissolution of marriage.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw HMOP No.102 of 2012 from the file of the Sub-Court, Pollachi and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Coimbatore to be tried along with M.C.No.8 of 2014 pending on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed this petition.

4. In view of section 19(iii-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, H.M.O.P. may be tried at the place where the wife resides.

5. In these circumstances, I direct for withdrawal of HMOP No.102 of 2012 from the file of the Sub-Court, Pollachi and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Coimbatore to be tried along with M.C.No.8 of 2014.
