O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18.11.2022 made in W.P.No.30798 of 2022. 2.The petitioner made representation dated 14.10.2022 to the first respondent requesting to inspect the Mulla Pond and rebuild the dilapidated house and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner and since the same was not considered, filed W.P.No.30798 of 2022 before this Court. This Court vide order dated 18.11.2022 made in W.P.No. 30798 of 2022 issued direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a time frame.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.11.2022 made in W.P.No.30798 of 2022, appropriate orders were passed on 28.04.2023. Hence, the order dated 18.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30798 of 2022, which is the subject matter of contempt was complied with. 2/4

4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. 02.06.2023 pri Note: Issue order copy on 05.06.2023.
