O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience of the order passed by 1/3

this Court in W.P.No.16833 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has considered the representation and directed the petitioner by way of a letter dated 21.11.2022 to submit the correct name, date of birth, father's name of the member and joint declaration from employer, enclosing valid proof of the same. Further, the said letter also indicates to submit the personal details, viz., Educational certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Passport, Aadhar, Pan, Employment records, viz., office I.D., attendance register, salary slip, ECR etc., to enable the respondent to consider the same and process the PF amount withheld by them and other benefits if any.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and since the petitioner has not produced the details as sought for by the respondent, the contempt petition does not arise and the present contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed against the respondent and open the present Contempt petition, if the petitioner desires to do so.
