ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 27.06.2015 made by the petitioner with the respondent/police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on a complaint given by N.S.Sathya Sekar, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.108 of 2015 for offences under Sections 279, 337 IPC against the petitioner. For the alleged accident that took place on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

20.03.2015, the petitioner has given a complaint by post on 27.06.2015 giving a different version of the accident. Moreover, investigation in this case has been completed and final report has also been filed before the 5th Metropolitan Magistrate Court in C.C.No.2424 of 2015 against the petitioner. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register the second FIR. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
