2. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner argued at length. When this Court expressed its opinion to dismiss the Criminal Original Petitions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Criminal Original Petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos.6066, 6067 and 6086 of 2022 are closed.
